This website (northfolk.co) is owned and operated by Northfolk LLC, a company registered in the United States of America. By downloading and purchasing Northfolk assets, tools or templates, you are being granted a license to use the files for specific uses under certain conditions.

License Grant

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and revocable license to use the digital assets (the "Assets") as specified below, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Every purchase grants a license to use the asset — not ownership. All templates, canvas packs, single canvases, and materials remain the intellectual property of Northfolk regardless of license tier, and you may not claim ownership of any Northfolk asset.

Permitted Use

Licensee is only allowed to use the assets as granted per the license they purchase.

Restrictions

Under no license may you sell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer any Northfolk asset as a standalone or reusable file. This applies specifically and without exception to canvas packs and single canvases, which may not be sold, shared, or redistributed in any way.

You may not use any Northfolk asset — including but not limited to canvas packs and single canvases — to create, build, or contribute to a competing product, such as a canvas kit, canvas pack, single canvas template, or similar resource offered for sale or distribution.

Ownership

Licensor retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Assets. Licensee agrees not to claim ownership of the Assets in any way.

Personal License

One license covers a single website — either your own or one client project. Use on any additional website or project requires a separate license purchase.

X — You may NOT use this template on more than one project
X — You may NOT use any element, canvas or design from this template to build another template.

Commercial License

Covers your own website plus unlimited client projects.
The asset remains a Northfolk asset and must be credited per Showit Design Standards: Design by Northfolk, Customized by [Designer/Business Name].

All client work must be built and completed in your designer account. You may deliver the finished website to your client, but you may not distribute Northfolk's raw assets to others — including by loading them directly into a client's account or handing over source files.

The license belongs to you, the purchasing designer, and does not transfer to your clients.

X — You may NOT use any element, canvas or design from this template to build another template.

Extended License

Covers your own website, unlimited client projects, and the right to incorporate the asset into templates you build and sell.

You still do not own the asset and may not claim ownership of it. All Universal Terms continue to apply — most importantly, the Extended License does not permit repackaging, repurposing, or redistributing canvas packs or single canvases into your own canvas products (such as a canvas kit, pack, or set). The asset may be used within a larger original template, but may not constitute the primary value of a product that competes with Northfolk's canvas line.

When an Extended License holder uses a canvas pack to build templates for sale, Northfolk credit is not required on those templates.

Client Project Rules:
All client work must be built and completed in your designer account. You may deliver the finished website to your client, but you may not distribute Northfolk's raw assets to others — including by loading them directly into a client's account or handing over source files.

The license belongs to you, the purchasing designer, and does not transfer to your clients.
